Kenneth earned a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering and Applied Computing from Rochester Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from California State University -Northridge, and received an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Cox School of Business. While attending business school, Mr. Jenks received additional specialized leadership training at the SMU Edwin L. Cox Business Leadership Center.

Mr. Jenks continues to implement networks and enterprise services to first responders, hospitals, school districts, municipalities, and large enterprise businesses. Mr. Jenks is a pioneer and innovator in the industry. He has been a key player in domestic and international deregulation, with industry recognitions such as product of the year awards.
